TES Digitals is looking for a Virtual Assistant (Entry Level) to support daily operations, client coordination, and digital activities across the company. If you’re organized, proactive, creative, and passionate about working in a fast-paced digital environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media management across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across social platforms.
  • Create simple and engaging designs using tools such as Canva.
  • Write engaging captions, posts, and other content for digital platforms.
  • Coordinate between team members including designers, developers, and marketers.
  • Track project progress and follow up on assigned deliverables.
  • Help manage support tickets and ensure clients’ requests are attended to promptly.
  • Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
  • Use project management tools such as Notion to track tasks and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media management and scheduling.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to coordinate with remote teams and follow up on tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online business operations is a plus.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
